A niche technology company, Narwal has announced the appointment of Amit Sahoo as Global Head- Human Resources.
In this role, Amit will be responsible is to oversee the People strategy and ensuring that it aligns with the organization’s ambitious trajectory of rapid expansion, bolstering efficiency, and cultivating a culture of professionalism.

Amit has an extensive background in HR Business Partner affairs. He has experience in providing strategic, proactive guidance, advice, expertise, and coaching to business leaders and line managers in HR/ER risk management, employment laws, and policy development.
Prior to Narwal, Amit was associated with Areteans as Vice President and Global Head – Human Resources. He has worked with organizations such as TA Digital, Cigniti Technologies, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, SiTEL, Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, and GE Money.
Amit is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.
