Manish Kumar brings a wealth of experience to his new role, with 29 years in leadership positions across various industries.

Prior to joining Paytm Payments Bank, he served as Chief People Officer at UBI Services.

His extensive career includes roles at Poonawalla Fincorp, Ziqitza Healthcare, RBS, Dhanlaxmi Bank, IDFC Bank, Alkem Laboratories, and Reliance Capital.

Manish began his career at Reliance Capital as Vice President – Human Resources and has since held various senior HR roles.

His experience spans across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, projects, pharma, banking, and NBFC.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (HRD) from Xavier Institute of Social Service.

The appointment of Manish Kumar as CHRO is expected to have a significant impact on Paytm Payments Bank.
