Radhika Arora joins Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd as CHRO

Radhika Arora has joined Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bringing with her over two decades of rich experience in enhancing business outcomes through strategic HR practices.

In her new role, Radhika Arora will be responsible for overseeing the company’s HR strategy and operations. She will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational culture, driving technological advancements within HR practices, and building strong, capable teams.

Radhika will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce strategy, ensuring that it supports Isgec’s growth and operational excellence.

Extensive HR Background

Before joining Isgec, Radhika worked as Group Chief People Officer at Jakson Group, where she was instrumental in leading various HR initiatives. Her career also includes a significant tenure at Sony, where she spent 7 years, and at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where she worked for 10 years, contributing to various HR functions and strategies.

Radhika holds a degree in HR and Marketing from M S Ramaiah Institute of Management. Her professional credentials are extensive, including certifications as an MBTI Practitioner, recognition in the Jombay 40 under 40, OPQ certification, and proficiency in coaching skills. Moreover, she actively engages with leading professional bodies such as SHRM, NHRDN, and CII, staying at the forefront of HR trends and best practices.

Known as a change leader and problem solver, she has a track record of driving technological and cultural transformations across organizations. Radhika is highly skilled at building teams and capabilities from the ground up, ensuring the implementation of sustainable and scalable systems.
