Reliance’s DAIS appoints Priyanka Thomas Mathew as Head- HR

Dhirubhai Ambani International School (DAIS) has appointed Priyanka Thomas Mathew as Head – Human Resources.

The Dhirubhai Ambani International School is a private co-educational LKG-15 dayschool in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, built by Reliance Industries, named after the late patriarch of the conglomerate, Dhirubhai Ambani. 

She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at Dhirubhai Ambani International School!”

Priyanka is a seasoned HR professional with over 18+ years of experience in the corporate education industry, encompassing the entire gamut of core functional HR with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR business partnering, and Employee Engagement.

She can work autonomously with minimal direction with a solution-oriented mindset and can build and implement solutions from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Prior to this, she was associated with JBCN Education as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Her earlier stints include working with JBCN International Schools, Kunskapsskolan India – Schools, EY, Vertex Data Science, and GECIS.

She holds her Master’s in Business Administration (Human Resource Management, Human Resources Management and Services) from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
