Religare Broking Ltd appoints Hina Dhamija as Head- HR

One of the market-leading securities firms, Religare Broking Ltd has announced the appointment of Hina Dhamija as Head- Human Resources.

Hina Dhamija has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I have started a new chapter in my career as Head of Human Resources at Religare Broking Ltd.”

Hina comes with 15 years of experience in the HR domain. She is aligning HR with a business strategy that focuses on the accelerated growth of the organization. She is an HR expert providing implementation to business initiatives and determining essential tactical HR elements.

Hina aims to acquire and apply Human Resource knowledge and skills to create an environment that fosters open communication, trust, mutual respect, teamwork, and professional development. She utilizes conceptual as well as hands-on technical skills in integrating HR with the business.

Hina’s expertise includes Leadership Hiring, Engaging & Developing Talent, OD Initiatives, Performance Management & Development, Organizational Climate, and Employee Engagement & Relations.

Hina joined Religare Broking Ltd from Hero Housing Finance where she was working as a Head – Business Partner Human Resources for close to 3 years.

Earlier, Hina worked with Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd as Regional HR Head- North. Prior to this, she was associated with Tata Capital. In this role, she was responsible for setting up the pan India team as the first regional HRBP.

Previously, she was associated with HDB Financial Services Ltd. as Zonal HR Manager-North. Hina stints also include Fortune Financial Services (India) Limited (erstwhile Dawnay Day AV), Kaizen Corporate Services Ltd, and Randstad India.

Hina holds her PGDBM from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and Executive Certification in Human Resources from IIM Lucknow. She did her graduation from the Shaheed Bhagat Singh.
