Volvo Group elevates Radhika Nair as Head- People & Culture

One of the world’s leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment and marine and industrial engines, Volvo Group has elevated Radhika Nair to the new role of Head – People & Culture for India.

Her appointment is effective July 01. Most Recently, she was Vice President – Human Resources and has been associated with Volvo Group for over 2 years.

Radhika is a strategic HR Leader with a proven track record across diverse industries including banking, retail, telecom, ITES, and product organizations.

She has proven influencer committed to shaping positive workplace cultures and fostering talent development through effective business partnering.

Prior to Volvo, she was associated with Accenture as Vice President – Human Resources. In this role, she was leading HR Business Partner function for a few Market Units within European market at Advanced Technology Centre, India comprising of 15k employees. 

Her earlier stints include working with UNINOR (Telenor group – Norway), Future Group India, Landmark Group, and HSBC.

She holds her Master’s in Business Administration and completed his Bachelor of Science from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya.
