Infosys EVP & Global Head – Strategic Sales, Hemant resigned

Hemant Lamba, Executive Vice President & Global Head – Strategic Sales at Infosys resigned. His departure marks a significant change in the leadership of the company.

IT giant announced the resignation of Hemant Lamba on July 5, 2024. He played a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and operations at Infosys during his tenure.

The company said in a BSE filing, “This is to inform you that Hemant Lamba, Senior Management Personnel, has resigned from the services of the company.”

In his resignation letter, Hemant Lamba said, “I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from the services of Infosys.”

“I am thankful for the opportunity and experiences I have had over the years. Thank you for your support”, he added.

As a member of Infosys’ executive leadership team (reporting directly to the CEO), he had global responsibility for Infosys’ Strategic Sales across all vertical segments and industries.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Hemant Lamba has over three decades of experience. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at companies such as Perot Systems, IBM, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Infosys, and Accenture.
