Former Head- Talent Acquisition of Johnson & Johnson Anoop Kamat joins Takeda Pharmaceutical Company as Head- HR

After a 13-year-long stint, former Head- Talent Acquisition of Johnson & Johnson Anoop Kamat joins a Japanese multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, Takeda, as Head- Human Resources. In his new role, he will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR solutions.

He has over 17 years of experience as Generalist HR and Specialist roles within HR including Talent Acquisition, Performance & Rewards, Talent Management, Employee & Labour Relations, HR Operations and Analytics, and Learning & Development. Previously Anoop has worked with companies like ICICI bank, Sasken, and Times Group.

Anoop is a graduate electronics engineer and holds a master’s degree in human resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He started his career as Sr. Project Engineer from ControlNet India in 1998.
