IDAM House of Brands appoints Timsy Kohli as Group CHRO

IDAM, an online retail brand has announced the appointment of Timsy Kohli as its group CHRO. IDAM deals in multiple lines of products such as skincare, cosmetics, pet care, daily consumables, etc. The company has announced her appointment with the view of company’s growth prospective.

In this new role, she will be leading the company’s culture, performance, people, and HR digitisation agenda to bring the company to a newer height. Additionally, Timsy will play a key role in strengthening the company’s employer brand and creating a high-performance culture with her wide industrial experience.

Timsy has approximately close to two decades of experience in the HR domain working with various sectors such as real estate, fashion retail, professional services, and e-commerce.

Prior to this, Timsy was associated with one of the leading brands The Moms Co. as Associate Vice President- HR, an online retail company selling baby and mother care products. She worked with this organization for two years.

Previously, she has also worked with companies such as People Strong, The American Swan Lifestyle, Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure Limited, Encore Capital Group, R1 Accretive Health Pvt. Ltd., and Baxy Infosol Pvt. Ltd. focusing her HR skills in major HR areas such as Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, etc.

Timsy holds a post-graduate certificate in HRM (Human Resource Management) from XLRI.
