M2P Fintech appoints Mayank Kapoor as Global Head- HR

An API infrastructure giant delivering futuristic and customer-centric fintech solutions company, M2P Fintech has appointed Mayank Kapoor as Global Head – People Success (Human Resources).

In this role, he will be responsible for driving the company’s human resources strategies.

Prior to joining M2P Fintech, Mayank was working at FreeCharge as Head- Human Resources and Admin. He has over 20 years of rich HR experience spanning various industries. He has various HR Leadership roles, deep diving into People Strategy.

He has built and led successful teams and established robust practices in the areas of Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Capability Building, Change Management, and Organization Restructuring – aligning people, processes, and structure with strategy. 

He brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organisational development. He has a proven track record of designing and implementing strategic people initiatives.

Mayank Kapoor has led the company’s efforts in attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and nurturing a collaborative work environment.
