Priya Ranjan Kumar -Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) & SVP – of India`s largest Stainless steel Long products manufacturer Viraj Profiles Ltd has resigned, a source aware of the discussions said on Friday.

Priya Ranjan led Viraj ‘s HR for more than 5.5 years. He had joined the company in April 2016 as CHRO, where he played a key role in building new organisation design and Talent capabilities to fuel Viraj’s HR transformation journey.

While we connected with the organization for confirmation, upon assurance of anonymity -sources shared -Priya Ranjan has partnered with our company’s leaders to take Viraj to new heights, always with a focus on the heart of our business – our people.

Among Priya Ranjan’s many accomplishments, I think the one that has touched the most lives is his work to build our new culture. He believes that the surest path to sustainable success is to promote the wellbeing of our people.

His intuitive sense of what our business need, coupled with his work analyzing best human resources practices, is the foundation of Viraj’s HR Transformation.

Priya Ranjan will be sorely missed, but his work will live on in Viraj’s people`s policies and practices.

Prior to joining  Viraj, Priya Ranjan held various human resources leadership positions with African industries Group, Jindal Steel and Power Ltd Reliance industries, and Unilever`s Associate as well.

He is having more than two decades of unique experience working in multi-geographies, multi-cultures, and multi-nationalities. A dynamic HR leader with expertise in delivering sustained results in dynamic environments, establishing HR footprint, and building employees & organization values.
