Servotech appoints Rajesh Mohan Rai as CHRO

A pioneer in developing out-of-the-box solutions by integrating technology and innovation company, Servotech Power Systems has announced the appointment of Dr. Rajesh Mohan Rai as Chief Human Resource Officer.

In this role, Dr. Rajesh Mohan Rai will oversee the functioning of the HR department, contributing towards the personnel development and growth of the company. The appointment will be effective on 15th December 2022.

Raman Bhatia, Founder and Managing Director, Servotech Power Systems Ltd., said, “I am elated to have someone of Dr. Rai’s stature joining Servotech.”

Dr. Rajesh Mohan Rai is a renowned HR strategist and business coach. He has over 32 years of experience under his belt. Earlier, he has been associated with HR Anexi, Nivio Tech, Aviva Life Insurance, Microsoft Corporation India, NIS Sparta, and Indfos Industries Ltd.

Rajesh Mohan Rai is an alumnus of the University of Mumbai. He completed his graduation from Delhi University. He is a recipient of the Business Coaching Leadership Award, Fabulous HR Leaders of The World 2021, and India’s 50 Best HR Leaders 2021 among other accolades.
