Soft Polynomials has appointed Dr. Deepak Deshpande as CHRO and Chief Growth Officer. He will be based in Mumbai.

He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as CHRO and Chief Growth Officer at Soft Polynomials!”

“I will be based in Mumbai. A new job is like a blank book and you are the author. Losing both your parents in a span of 30 months was the most difficult phase of my life. When you feel that you have reached the end and that you cannot go one step further when life seems to be drained of all-purpose.” he added.

“But this one would be different for it allows me to do what I love most, leading and directing people and culture in an organisation where I have also an additional responsibility as Chief Growth Officer; nurturing existing business streams, engaging with customers, introducing new revenue streams and start-up businesses”, he added.

With over 25 years of HR leadership experience in both Indian and global ICT, IT, and ITES multinational companies, he has demonstrated expertise across all HR verticals.

His proven skills in organizational design and transformation, HR systems, leadership development, and M&A have significantly contributed to making these organizations top revenue producers.

Previously, he was associated with NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure, India, Netmagic Solutions (An NTT Communications Company), Lionbridge Technologies, India, SYSTIME, Trigyn Technologies, Blue Star Infotech, Datamatics Limited, Tata Consultancy Services, and Larsen & Toubro Limited.

He holds his Masters in Business Administration from IPMS Mumbai and completed his M.Phil in Electronics from Gulbarga University.
