Zimyo, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for human resource management appoints Amitabh Kumar as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Mayank Kumar, founder and CEO, Zimyo said, “With an extensive background in human resources, Amitabh is a skilled leader and we are looking forward to partnering with him in further building and scaling our teams.”

Amitabh has a wealth of experience in scaling HR systems and a rich experience in driving organizational transformation across multiple industries like IT, business process outsourcing, manufacturing, and telecom.

Established in 2018, Zimyo offers SaaS-based human resource management software for businesses that typically assist with applicant tracking, recruitment and onboarding, employee management, payroll, timesheets, and performance management to carry out critical HR processes.

Also, Zimyo recently raised approximately Rs 17 crore from business-to-business (B2B) marketplace IndiaMART.

Commenting on the investment Kumar Mayank, CEO of Zimyo had said,  “India is home to one of the world’s youngest populations, which by 2050 is expected to account for over 18% of the global working population. Millions of employees of the small and mid-size businesses,  which form over 45% of this working population, are forced to choose between paper or HR solutions that aren’t designed for them.”

“Zimyo wishes to bridge the gap. We want to be the go-to HR Platform that both the SMB and the employee choose for meeting its HR and benefits needs.” He added.
