Genpact, a global technology services company, has announced the launch of its Agentic Solutions, which aims to change the way business services are delivered.

This move supports the company’s focus on shifting from traditional service models to more advanced, AI-driven operations.

Genpact is hiring for 2,400 new positions across India as part of this growth.

Introducing Agentic Solutions

Genpact’s new Service-as-Agentic-Solutions is designed to improve how businesses operate by using AI-powered agents. These agents can learn, adapt, and make decisions based on real-world data. This approach helps companies move away from rigid processes toward more flexible, personalized service delivery.

According to Balkrishan “BK” Kalra, President and CEO of Genpact, “The future of work is changing quickly with the rise of AI. Businesses need solutions that can scale effectively while maintaining strong control and trust.” Genpact’s expertise in various industries allows it to create solutions that meet specific business needs.

The first solution under this new model is Genpact AP Capture, part of the Accounts Payable suite. This tool helps finance teams process invoices faster and with greater accuracy, making it easier for CFOs to manage operations efficiently.

Why Agentic Solutions Matter

  • Personalized Service: Genpact’s tools are built to offer more customized services, moving beyond one-size-fits-all models.
  • Accuracy and Insights: By using industry-specific knowledge, the AI agents continuously improve, offering more precise and insightful outcomes.
  • Responsible AI: Genpact ensures its AI systems are secure, with strong oversight to prevent errors and ensure compliance with regulations.

Explore Job Opportunities

As Genpact expands its Agentic Solutions, it’s looking to add nearly 2,400 new professionals to its teams in India. The company is hiring across various roles and domains, reflecting the growing demand for AI-driven services.

Interested candidates can find more details about open positions on Genpact’s LinkedIn profile and its official careers page. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.
