The total headcount stood at 227,481 at the end of March 2024. Ramachandran Sundararajan, HCLTech’s chief people officer, stated during the Q4 earnings conference that they aim to hire 10,000 in FY25.

They’ve already secured over 10% through off-campus efforts and 15% through current campus cycles with more planned.
