Glimpse of HCLTech Q1FY25 Results

Headcount: HCLTech’s total workforce saw a reduction of 8,080 employees in Q1FY25, bringing the headcount to 219,401. This decline was primarily due to divestiture, which led to the departure of 7,398 employees. Despite this, the company onboarded 1,078 new employees during the quarter.

Attrition Rate: HCLTech reported an attrition rate of 12.8% for the April to June quarter of FY2025, a notable improvement from the 16.3% recorded during the same period last year. This decline reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance employee retention and engagement.
