Eligibility Criteria
- Earned a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (STEM track or technical coursework is highly preferred).
- Earned an associate degree in any discipline, (this is not a requirement, but graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Have not completed a bachelor’s degree in STEM or a master’s degree in any discipline.
All participants must also have a 3.0 cumulative high school GPA. If candidates cannot meet the 3.0 high school GPA requirement and have completed a higher education credential (college certificate, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree), a cumulative higher education GPA of 3.0 or higher is acceptable.

The HCL Apprenticeship Program continues to expand on HCL’s existing internship and graduate hiring commitments around the world, particularly in the United States, where HCL has had a significant presence for nearly three decades, working with Fortune 500 and other companies that drive the US economy forward.
The company added 8,359 employees during the quarter. As of September 30, 2022, HCLTech’s total headcount is 219,325 from 208,877 as of March 2022 quarter. The company’s attrition remained stable at 23.8%.
