Pidilite Industries, the maker of Fevicol and Dr. Fixit, has partnered with over 600 Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
Pidilite aims to equip young Indians with hands-on vocational skills and future-ready knowledge.
It aligns with the country’s broader vision of inclusive growth and sustainable infrastructure.

Pidilite Flagship Centers and Specialized Programs
Pidilite’s skilling ecosystem includes several flagship initiatives:
- Pidilite Woodworking and Plumbing Centre for Advanced Skills (PWP): In collaboration with Kaushalya University and the Gujarat Government, this center offers short-term certifications to Honours degrees. In just two years, it has certified 2,800+ individuals, including India’s gold medallist in Joinery at the World Skills International 2024 in France.
- Dr. Fixit Institute: Offers specialized waterproofing training for contractors, engineers, painters, and applicators through targeted courses.
- Fevicryl Specialists Program: Empowers hobbyists—especially women—to become paid workshop conductors, turning passion into profession.
These programs provide end-to-end support, from mobilization to placement, and include expert sessions, alumni meets, add-on modules, and on-the-job training.
Digital Innovation: Launch of ‘Bonding Expert’ Platform
Pidilite has launched the Bonding Expert platform to expand access to vocational learning.
