Amway India rolls out promotions, salary hikes, and bonuses

According to the ET report, Amway India, one of the world’s largest Direct Selling Company, has announced a 109% bonus in 2021 to all of its employees across all functions and levels.

Shantanu Das, Chief Human Resources Officer of Amway India said “We at Amway India remain committed to our employees’ growth and are going the extra mile to support them to deal with the impact of the pandemic. Aligned with this, Amway India declared a bonus of 109% in 2021 to all its employees agnostic to any level or function,”

“The company intends to continue handing out promotions and salary increments. The increments are going to be higher than the market average,” said Das.

“Last year too, despite the disruptions, we continued with increments, promotions, and recognition as per plans which were above market in terms of the increment percentages,” added Das.

Amway India has also announced to cover the cost of the COVID-19 vaccine. The company has launched a new policy wherein it will be sponsoring the vaccination for its employees and their families.

Anshu Budhraja, CEO, Amway India, said, “At Amway, our employees and direct sellers are at the heart of everything we do and we prioritize their health and wellbeing above all. In line with this, we are now sponsoring Covid-19 vaccinations for all the employees and their families.”

Amway, one of the world’s largest Direct Selling Company, started its India operations in 1998. It offers more than 140 consumer offerings across categories like Nutrition, Beauty, Personal Care, Home Care and Consumer durables. The company has a network of 5.5 lakh micro entrepreneurs and a workforce of over 2500 direct and indirect employees.
