Ratan Tata- backed, Repos Energy to hire 1,000 employees this year

Repos Energy, an energy distribution startup, has announced that it will hire 1,000 employees in 2021. The founders of Repos, Chetan Walunj and Aditi Bhosale Walunj have announced that they are all set to hire 1,000 more team members this year, the Pune-based startup said in a statement.

Backed by Ratan Tata to change the game of energy distribution in India, Repos is looking for robust team growth with people who are dreamers and want to do something for the nation.

More and more job seekers today look at the work culture, colleagues, professional growth, and most importantly, gender neutrality? while considering a position in a company,” the startup said.

”We are into the energy distribution sector and it is important for us as a team to be charged up and reach out to our customers across India. The factor that has always stayed with us since the beginning is the spirit of YES,” Aditi said.

The startup further said that leadership is another virtue that is tremendously respected at Repos.

The interview process is carefully designed to assess the ‘Repos fit’ qualities in any candidate. ”It is a criterion that helps us get an idea to understand if a candidate has the required qualities or can be aligned in a certain way to work at Repos,” Aditi added.
