In a remarkable gesture that exemplifies its deep-rooted commitment to valuing employees, Casagrand is taking 1,000 employees on a week-long, all-expenses-paid journey to Barcelona, Spain.

This unique initiative, organized as part of its ‘Profit-share Bonanza’ employee appreciation program, is designed to acknowledge the dedication, commitment, and collaborative spirit of the people who have been instrumental in achieving the company’s last financial year’s sales target.

Casagrand Fostering a Culture of Shared Success

Fostering a culture that values and celebrates shared success, Casagrand has consistently recognized every employee’s contribution through the ‘Profit-share Bonanza‘ program.

Since its inception in 2013, Casagrand has taken employees on memorable journeys to iconic destinations worldwide.

Its inaugural trip was to Singapore with 50 team members.

This annual event has since grown exponentially, taking employees to Thailand in 2014, Sri Lanka in 2015, Dubai in 2016, and Malaysia in 2018.

In 2019, Casagrand expanded its travel itinerary beyond Asia, treating employees to an inspiring trip to London.

Even during the post-pandemic phase, the company upheld this tradition by organizing trips to Dubai and Abu Dhabi in 2021. This was amid travel restrictions.

Recently, they also visited Switzerland in 2022 and Australia in 2023.

Honoring Dedication and Commitment at Casagrand

What started as an international trip for a small group has now transformed into an event hosting many employees.

Today, the company is set to honor 1,000 employees with an unforgettable trip to Spain.

This marks yet another milestone in its commitment to celebrating the dedication of its people.

Bringing together employees from offices across India and Dubai, the trip invites them to experience Spain’s rich culture, historic landmarks, and scenic landscapes.

From Barcelona’s architectural icons like the Sagrada Familia and the colorful mosaics of Park Güell to the majesty of Montjuic Castle, every detail has been thoughtfully arranged.

The tranquil beaches of Barcelona add to this unforgettable experience.

Thoughtful Arrangements and Comprehensive Planning

Every detail, from flights and luxury accommodations to guided tours, gourmet dining, and immersive cultural experiences, has been thoughtfully arranged and funded by Casagrand.

This ensures that employees embark on an unforgettable, worry-free journey together.

This initiative reflects Casagrand’s belief in creating a workplace where people feel valued and celebrated.

By offering these meaningful, immersive experiences, the company goes beyond traditional rewards.

This approach demonstrates a genuine investment in its people’s personal and professional growth.
