Coforge ropes-in Accenture’s Siddharth Singh Rathore as Head– HR, India

Coforge, a global digital services and solutions provider, has appointed Siddharth Singh Rathore as Head – Human Resources, India.
In this role, he will lead the India HR function, covering talent planning, workforce change, leadership capability, and building a strong, inclusive, and high-performance work culture aligned with business needs.
Extensive Experience and Background
Siddharth brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience across banking, IT services, and global capability centers.
Prior to joining Coforge, most recently, he served as Director – HR at Accenture from October 2023 to January 2026. There, he supported business growth and large-scale change, leading HR teams and people programs for more than 20,000 employees in India across Cloud, Software Engineering & Platforms, and Silicon Engineering.
Before Accenture, he served as General Manager at Wipro from February 2022 to October 2023, where he worked on talent management, people analytics, and key strategic programs.
Earlier, Siddharth spent more than ten years at HSBC. His roles included Vice President – Human Resources in Kuala Lumpur from December 2016 to November 2021, where he led HR for Global Banking & Markets across India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and China.
In Bengaluru, he held positions such as Head of HR – Global Banking & Markets Bangalore (December 2014 to December 2016) and Assistant Vice President – Human Resources (September 2011 to December 2014), managing end-to-end HR for around 1,800 employees.
He also worked at Accenture earlier in his career as HR Lead from 2010 to 2011, and held several roles at Infosys, including Manager – HR, Brazil, where he helped set up the HR function in Latin America. He began his career with JSW Steel in HRD.
Siddharth is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
