Earlier, she held key HR leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Capgemini Engineering, Xerox Business Services, Ernst & Young (EY), and Satyam Infoway.

Her experience spans continents—from India to the United States—and covers a wide spectrum of HR functions. With a deep understanding of organizational development, talent acquisition, and HR automation, Arppna is well-equipped to drive positive change within the company.
