Q2 ropes in Intel’s Shailly Bhanot as VP – Human Resources

A financial experience company, Q2 has appointed Shailly Bhanot as Vice President – Human Resources.

She said on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that after an incredible 4.5 years at Intel, I’ve embarked on a new journey as Vice President – Human Resources, India at Q2.”

“I’m thrilled to be part of Q2’s transformative culture and compelling mission to build strong and diverse communities by strengthening their financial institutions”, she added in the post.

She further said, “I’m grateful for the invaluable experiences and growth at Intel over the years, and the unwavering support of the HR and Business leadership, and my wonderful team, it’s been an incredible journey. Looking forward to embracing new challenges, learning opportunities and contributing to Q2’s success.”

Shailly is an experienced HR Professional with over 18 years of industrial exposure. Prior to Q2, she was associated with Intel Corporation as Director – Human Resources for over 4.5 years.

Her earlier stints include working with leading organizations such as Honeywell, Amdocs Development Centre India Pvt Ltd, WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd, and Citifinancial.

She holds her Master’s in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, College of Materials Management, Jabalpur and completed her Bachelor of Science from M. H. College, Jabalpur.
