Microsoft has appointed Tanvi Saxena, an experienced HR professional, as Global Talent Acquisition, enhancing its focus on attracting top talent worldwide.

Tanvi Saxena brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Prior to joining Microsoft, she held Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Builder.ai. Here she was positioned to scout for world-class talent across APAC & MENA

Tanvi announced her appointment on the social media platform LinkedIn, captioning the post: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Talent Acquisition at Microsoft!”

Previously she held key positions in talent acquisition and management at Bizongo, CCA International, and others.

Her expertise lies in creating innovative recruitment strategies, enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and driving organizational growth through effective talent acquisition practices.

Tanvi holds a PGDM in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, She graduated with an engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Acropolis Institutions.

In recent years, the workforce landscape has undergone significant changes. The pandemic accelerated trends such as remote work, hybrid models, and digital transformation.

As organizations adapt to this evolution, talent acquisition strategies must also evolve.
