Tilaknagar Industries appoints Rajesh Choudhary as CFO

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. has elevated Rajesh Choudhary as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective January 2026, and based in Mumbai.

In his new role, he will head the finance team and support key business decisions as the spirits maker pushes its growth and change plans.

Exensive Experience and Background

Rajesh Choudhary is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with deep leadership experience in finance and strong exposure to supply chain management.

He has worked across FMCG, liquor, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors, giving him a clear understanding of different business models and market conditions.

He has led key M&A deals and fund-raising efforts, helping secure capital and support business growth. Rajesh is known for building strong investor relationships through clear reporting and direct communication.

His strengths include demand forecasting based on market trends, past data, and customer insights, as well as supply planning that controls inventory costs and improves service levels.

Before his current role, he served as Senior Vice President – Finance & IT at Tilaknagar Industries. He joined the company after more than 12 years at Pernod Ricard India, where he held senior roles in planning, FP&A, pricing, risk, and marketing finance, most recently as Head – Integrated Business Planning.

Earlier, he worked with Flipkart, Perfetti Van Melle, and GCMMF (Amul). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
