V. S. International Ropes in Rasik Dave as Head- HR from Sun Pharma
Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company V. S. International Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Rasik Dave as Head – Human Resources.
In his new role at V. S. International, he will work closely with the management and executive team to align HR strategies with business priorities spanning R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations.
His mandate includes strengthening talent pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, driving leadership development, and ensuring regulatory compliance across locations.
Extensive Experience
Rasik joins V. S. International after an extensive tenure at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., where he most recently served as Senior General Manager – HR and Cluster Head – HR.
With nearly two decades at Sun Pharma, he led HR strategy and operations across multiple manufacturing plants, driving organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
A seasoned and strategic HR leader, Dave brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, and performance-driven HR frameworks. During his time at Sun Pharma, he spearheaded large-scale transformation initiatives, including the transition from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, strengthening performance management, learning, and recruitment processes.
He also partnered closely with plant and cluster leadership to enhance productivity, optimize structures, and build future-ready HR capabilities.
An alumnus of Welingkar Institute of Management and University of Mumbai, Rasik is known for fostering transparent and inclusive workplace cultures.
