TBO Tek Appoints Industry Veteran Aditi Madhok-Naarden as Global CHRO

TBO Tek Limited, a prominent global B2B travel technology platform, has announced the appointment of Aditi Madhok-Naarden as its Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Effective February 23, 2026, she joins Tek Travels DMCC, a material subsidiary of the company, to spearhead the group’s overarching people strategy as it enters a significant phase of international scaling.

A Powerhouse of Global HR Expertise

Aditi brings over two decades of international leadership experience to TBO.

Her career spans diverse high-impact sectors, including Technology, Financial Services, and FMCG.

Before joining TBO, she held senior leadership roles at prestigious global organizations such as Lloyds Banking Group, MasterCard, Deutsche Bank, IBM, and Infosys.

Her expertise is particularly noted in driving large-scale transformation programs and advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) agendas across the Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.

As a British Chevening Scholar, she holds an MSc from the London School of Economics.

She is also a recognized speaker and an award-winning leader in change management and workplace culture.
