Wells Fargo elevates Pradeep Ravulakollu as Managing Director

Wells Fargo, a diversified, community-based financial services company, has elevated Pradeep Ravulakollu to Managing Director.

Before elevation, he was most recently serving as Director – Technology and has been with Wells Fargo since 2023, where he has played a key role in strengthening technology platforms, driving digital transformation initiatives, and supporting large-scale enterprise programs.

Extensive Experience

With over two decades of experience across leading global institutions, Pradeep Ravulakollu has built a strong track record in technology leadership and enterprise transformation within the financial services domain.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Ravulakollu spent seven years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he held multiple leadership roles across technology and operations.

In his last assignment at the firm, he served as Executive Director, contributing to the delivery of complex technology solutions aligned with business growth, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

His tenure at JPMorgan helped build a strong foundation in managing global teams and delivering mission-critical technology programs within highly regulated environments.

Earlier in his career, Ravulakollu was associated with organisations such as ANG and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he gained extensive experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, and large-scale IT delivery. These roles enabled him to develop a deep understanding of technology services, client delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

An alumnus of Andhra University, Ravulakollu earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication between 1999 and 2003.
