Mindspace Business Parks Appoints Anuja Ghosh as Head – HR

Mindspace Business Parks, a leading, high-performance Indian REIT, has appointed Anuja Ghosh as Head – Human Resources.

In her new role, Anuja will lead the company’s people and culture strategy. She will oversee talent management, team development, company culture, and key HR programs. She will also help support company growth by aligning workforce plans with business goals.

Extensive Experience

Anuja has close to 20 years of experience in human resources. She has worked in financial services, insurance, and the ratings sector. Before joining Mindspace Business Parks, she was Head – Human Resources at SBI Ventures Limited. In that role, she led major HR programs and helped build stronger team systems.

Before SBI Ventures, Anuja spent more than ten years at India Ratings & Research, a Fitch Group company. She served as Head – Human Resources and helped set up people systems, led cross-team work, and supported the company’s long-term business plans.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited as a Human Resources Manager. There she gained strong experience in talent management and HR operations.

Anuja holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (Human Resources) from the Institute for Technology and Management. She also completed a certification in Organisational Development and Change Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
