Crowe Capability Center Appoints Alpa Arora as Head- Talent Acquisition, India

Crowe Capability Center India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crowe LLP (USA), has appointed Alpa Arora as Head – Talent Acquisition.

In her new role as India Talent Acquisition Leader, she will spearhead strategic hiring initiatives to attract and retain top talent nationwide.

She will strengthen operations in Noida and Hyderabad by aligning recruitment with business goals, enhancing employer branding, and fostering a diverse, high-performing workforce while enabling meaningful career growth opportunities.

Extensive Experience

Alpa brings nearly 20 years of experience across fields such as IT/ITES, telecom, manufacturing, engineering, consulting, and hospitality.

Before joining Crowe, Alpa worked as Regional Talent Acquisition Leader – APAC at Vialto Partners. There, she helped set up the hiring function after the company split off. She led key changes, brought in data-based hiring methods, and improved employer branding and early careers programs across the region.

Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Taggd, Bombardier Transportation (now Alstom), Randstad Enterprise, Honeywell, Taj Hotels, and Marriott International.

She also helped build one of India’s largest recruitment process outsourcing programs for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing large hiring projects.

Alpa holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rajasthan.
