Telecom equipment supplier Parallel Wireless has laid off at least 500 employees in India, Israel, UK, and US. The ‘Huge firings’ at Parallel Wireless as CEO blames economic conditions.
RIU Global Services Pvt. Ltd. confirmed the layoffs through a LinkedIn post and said, “Yesterday, Parallel Wireless announced the layoff of 500 employees. While this is disappointing news for these 500, others still sitting snug should realize they could be next. In such times, no one’s job is secure in the word’s true sense.”
