Ernst & Young (EY), a global leader in professional services, has announced the launch of its groundbreaking EY.ai Agentic Platform, developed in collaboration with NVIDIA AI.

This innovative platform is set to transform business operations across multiple sectors, starting with tax, risk, and finance domains.

By integrating advanced artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities with human expertise, the platform aims to enhance productivity, streamline compliance, and drive operational excellence.

Janet Truncale, EY Global Chair and CEO, highlighted the transformative potential of the EY.ai Agentic Platform.

Janet stated, “With this platform, we are moving fast to help the world’s largest organizations transform their enterprises and streamline increasingly complex compliance requirements, while enhancing productivity and operational excellence across our own businesses.”

Jensen Huang, Founder and CEO of NVIDIA, added, “NVIDIA’s AI and reasoning models combined with EY’s deep domain expertise will shape a new era of enterprise services, transforming financial decision-making, risk management, and regulatory compliance at a global scale.”

A Strategic Collaboration between EY and NVIDIA

The EY.ai Agentic Platform is built on NVIDIA’s comprehensive AI stack, including NVIDIA AI Enterprise and the newly introduced NVIDIA AI-Q Blueprint.

This collaboration leverages EY’s extensive experience and curated data sets, combined with NVIDIA’s cutting-edge AI reasoning models, to create a robust framework for enterprise AI solutions.

The platform incorporates several key components:

  • Responsible AI Frameworks: Ensuring transparency, reliability, and ethical AI usage through tools like NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails and EY SafePrompt software.
  • Agentic Framework: Facilitating the creation and orchestration of AI agents using NVIDIA Blueprints, including AI-Q Blueprints.
  • Model Catalog: Offering a collection of domain-specific, fine-tuned AI models tailored for various business needs.
  • Model Development Suite: Enabling the creation of custom, enterprise-ready AI reasoning models using NVIDIA AI Foundry.
  • Global Deployment Options: Supporting seamless integration across client clouds, on-premises, at the edge, and within the NVIDIA Cloud Provider ecosystem.

Transforming Tax, Risk, and Finance Domains

The initial deployment of the EY.ai Agentic Platform focuses on core business areas, including tax compliance, risk management, and financial reporting.

The platform integrates 150 AI agents to support approximately 80,000 EY professionals.

This allows them to process over 3 million tax compliance outcomes and redefine 30 million tax processes annually.

Key applications include:

  • Indirect and Income Tax Compliance: Automating complex tax calculations and ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Financial Crimes and Risk Management: Enhancing fraud detection and third-party risk management through AI-driven insights.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Streamlining processes to meet evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

EY Agentic Plaatform: Expanding into Multi-Sector Applications

The EY.ai Agentic Platform is initially focused on specific sectors but is built to scale further.

It aims to expand across various industries, including life sciences, manufacturing, and financial services.

Sector-specific AI agent solutions will address challenges in areas such as supply chain management, marketing, and cyber resiliency.

This adaptability positions the platform as a versatile tool for enterprise transformation.

EY has emphasized its commitment to responsible AI practices, integrating ethical considerations into the platform’s design.

The use of NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails and EY SafePrompt software ensures that AI agents operate transparently and mitigate risks effectively.

This approach aligns with EY’s broader mission to build trust and deliver sustainable value.
