Accordion India Appoints Soumya C. as Senior Director – HR

Accordion India, a leading data and analytics arm of Accordion, appoints Soumya C. as Senior Director – Human Resources, effective January 2026.

In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, with a focus on HR operations, talent programs, and employee experience as the firm grows its India operations.

Extensive Experience and Background

Soumya has more than 12 years of HR experience across technology, consulting, and manufacturing settings. Her background includes HR service delivery, leadership coaching, benefits planning, talent engagement, and workforce planning.

She joins Accordion India from Intense Technologies Limited, where she served as Head of Human Resources from May 2022 to January 2026. During this time, she led HR programs tied closely to business goals, worked with senior leaders, and helped build a clear and consistent people structure.

Before Intense Technologies, Soumya worked at Hyundai MOBIS as Deputy Manager from April 2019 to May 2022, and at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Assistant Manager HR from November 2017 to April 2019. In these roles, she gained solid experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and process improvement.

Earlier, she spent over six years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At TCS Hyderabad, she handled HR generalist duties for large teams and supported business units with hiring growth, staffing plans, workforce use, and skill development efforts.

Soumya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad.
