Urbanrise Appoints Niranjan S. Borse as Head – HR & Admin

Real estate developer Urbanrise has named Niranjan S. Borse as Head – Human Resources & Administration, and he will be based in Hyderabad.
In this role, Niranjan will lead HR planning, talent programs, and administrative work, helping UrbanRise strengthen its HR leadership and support the company’s expanding real estate and mining business operations.
Extensive Experience
He brings wide experience across many sectors, including EPC, infrastructure, natural resources, oil and energy, financial services, logistics, IT, and manufacturing. In his new role, he will lead people strategy and workforce planning for the company’s real estate and mining business.
Niranjan has more than two decades of experience in human resources. Over the years, he has worked on organization planning, hiring programs, leadership training, HR systems, and workforce management. His work has supported both business growth and strong team development in several large companies.
Before joining UrbanRise, Niranjan served as Group Head HR at Roadstar Investment Managers. In this role, he led the company’s people strategy across India. He worked closely with senior leaders to support business plans, strengthen HR processes, and build strong teams across different locations.
Earlier, he worked as National Head HR at BDP International, where he handled HR work for India, the Asia-Pacific region, and the United States. He also served as Head HR for international projects at Kalpataru Power Transmission. In that role, he supported HR operations for projects in 18 countries across the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and the United States.
During his career, Niranjan has also held senior HR roles at Lloyds Metal & Energy, Reliance Industries, Essar Constructions (India), and L&T Infotech. Through these roles, he has gained strong experience in managing people operations across large and diverse teams.
