Apollo Enterprise Strategy appoints Mandavi Singh as Principal, Head Human Capital India

Apollo Enterprise Strategies has appointed Mandavi Singh as Principal, Head Human Capital – India, effective January 2026.

In this role, Mandavi will lead the firm’s people agenda in India. She will define and execute human capital strategies aligned with business objectives, partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams, design robust governance models, and prepare the organization for sustainable future growth.

Extensive Experience

Mandavi is a senior HR leader with more than 20 years of experience across the full employee life cycle. Before joining Apollo Enterprise Strategies, Mandavi worked at M&G plc in London as an HR Business Partner. In this role, she supported senior leaders by aligning people plans with business needs.

Earlier, she served as Head of Human Resources – India at M&G Global Services Private Limited, where she oversaw HR operations and key people programs across India.

Earlier in her career, Mandavi was Head of Human Resources – India at Assurant, managing HR for several business units and working with leaders on talent development and global HR efforts.

She also held the role of Associate Director HR at IDFC FIRST Bank, where she helped build HR policies, talent systems, and workplace culture during the bank’s early years.

Mandavi has also held HR leadership roles at Tata Mutual Fund, Forbes Marshall, Religare, and Reliance Brands.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
