Her six-year tenure at Rakuten allowed her to navigate the dynamic world of e-commerce and technology, honing her skills in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

A Trailblazer at LG Soft India: Nalini’s HR journey began earlier, with a three-year stint at LG Soft India from 1997 to 2000.

During this period, she contributed to building a strong HR foundation, understanding the intricacies of employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.

STAR TV and Beyond: In March 2000, Nalini transitioned to STAR TV, where she took on the role of Manager-Human Resources. Her time at STAR TV exposed her to the fast-paced media industry, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and agility in HR practices.
