RR Kabel Appoints Kamaljeet Kaur as Chief HR Officer

RR Kabel Limited has appointed Kamaljeet Kaur as its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective March 9, 2026.

The Board of Directors approved her appointment on March 2, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy and oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management.

She will also focus on strengthening HR processes and aligning people plans with the company’s business goals. She will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization has the right talent and structure to support continued growth.

Extensive Experience

Kamaljeet brings more than 22 years of experience across the automobile, infrastructure, FMCG, and renewable energy sectors. She has built strong expertise in HR strategy, managing change, building workplace culture, and developing leaders. Her experience spans large organizations as well as high-growth businesses.

Before joining RR Kabel, she served as Chief People Officer at Gensol Group. She also held senior HR leadership roles at Sterlite Power.

Earlier in her career, she worked in key HR roles at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., HDFC Bank, Hero MotoCorp, Wrigley, among others.

According to her LinkedIn profile, between May 2025 and February 2026, she took a planned career break.

She completed her PGDM in HR from Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College.
