HDFC Bank has elevated Trupti Nayak to Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of Organisation Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and People Analytics.

Since joining the bank in 2019, Nayak has been a key player in shaping its HR strategies. Her most recent role as SVP & Head of Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and People Analytics saw her spearheading initiatives that significantly improved employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

She brings over two decades of diverse experience to her new role. Her career includes significant positions at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Aditya Birla Group, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, and Kaymo Fastener Company.

Her professional journey spans roles such as a practising psychologist, behavioural trainer, HR manager in a manufacturing unit, and HR senior consultant.
