Richa’s career spans over 15 years, with prior leadership roles at Lexin, Walmart, Aurigene Discovery Technologies, Reliance Retail, and Biocon.

At Lexin, she led HR operations for India, focusing on talent development and employee engagement.

During her tenure at Walmart, she was instrumental in building talent frameworks and driving strategic HR initiatives.
