Esha has nearly 15 years of experience. She has wide exposure in the HR domain and has utilized her skills and expertise to cultivate a vibrant and constructive work atmosphere, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness and success of the organization.
In her previous role, Esha served as the Vice President of Human Resources at bijnis, where she contributed to the company’s growth and development from November 2022 to October 2023.
Before her tenure at bijnis, Esha held the position of AVP – Human Resources at Tata 1mg, showcasing her extensive experience in the field.
Her professional journey also includes roles at KartRocket, OYO Rooms, Yepme.com, Quatrro, Aegis Limited, URS Certification Limited, and Syscom Softech.
With a robust background in human resources across diverse industries, Esha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role at Masters’ Union.
