Deeptech startup Naxatra Labs has appointed Vijay Nair as Head – Human Resources and Administration, strengthening its leadership team at a critical phase of growth.
The appointment comes as the company scales operations following recent funding, alongside expansion of its manufacturing capabilities and talent base.
With an increasing focus on organisational maturity, compliance, and workforce readiness, Vijay will play a pivotal role in strengthening internal systems, shaping a strong organisational culture, advancing people practices, and addressing administrative challenges to support the organisation’s long-term growth.
Extensive Experience
Vijay Nair brings over three decades of leadership experience across Administration, Facilities Management, and Human Resources, with a proven track record of strengthening organisational effectiveness across education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and organisational development sectors.
Before joining Naxatra Labs, Nair served as Head – HR & Administration at the International Centre of Entrepreneurship and Technology (iCreate), where he led HR strategy, oversaw institutional operations, and played a pivotal role in building scalable processes to support innovation-driven growth.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Bonnie Foi Educational Group and Lupin. He is widely recognised for building robust administrative and HR frameworks, fostering high-performance cultures, and aligning people and operational excellence with long-term strategic objectives.
