NITCO Appoints Bikash Jain as Chief Financial Officer

NITCO Limited, a leading company in tiles, marble, and mosaic, has announced the appointment of Bikash Jain as Chief Financial Officer. His appointment takes effect on January 16, 2026.

He will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel in line with the Companies Act, 2013.

Professional Background

Bikash Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He brings more than 20 years of experience in senior finance roles.

Over the years, he has held finance leadership positions at well-known companies such as GSK, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola, and Hero Cycles Limited. His work has covered several global markets with different business needs.

During his career, he has led finance teams across regions, focused on steady profit growth, better cash management, and stronger compliance systems. He has deep experience in strategic finance, cost improvement, and large-scale business change efforts.

He has also handled major restructuring work in Southeast Asia and led an important merger process in North Africa.
