His professional journey began as a Recruitment Manager at Mindlance before he joined Integrated Resources Inc., where he rapidly progressed through the ranks, serving as Recruiting Manager, Senior Manager (Recruitment), and eventually achieving the position of AGM (Recruitment & Operations).
This foundational experience led him to Varite Inc., where he broadened his strategic scope as the Director – Global Delivery for Strategic Accounts.
Following this, he returned to Integrated Resources Inc. to serve as Delivery Head. Most recently, following a brief career break, he contributed to Accede Solutions Inc. as the Head – Business Development and Recruitments.
