Patil Group Names Janardhanan Narayanaswamy as Group CHRO

Patil Group, India’s leading railway track solutions provider, has appointed Janardhanan Narayanaswamy as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In his new role, Janardhanan will lead people and culture efforts across all businesses. His focus will be on building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating a work culture that supports the group’s expansion plans.

He will partner closely with senior leaders to make sure talent plans, workforce structure, and HR systems support business goals.

Extensive Experience

Janardhanan brings more than 30 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, pharma, healthcare, and consumer sectors.

Before joining Patil Group, he worked with MAGCORE Lamination (India) Private Limited, Stovekraft Limited, Eris Oaknet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Adcock Ingram, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Allergan, and Pfizer.

He is known for leading company-wide change, supporting mergers, improving productivity, and setting up HR systems that scale with the business.

He has also invested strongly in his professional learning. He completed an advanced program in Strategic Management, HR Strategy, Organization Design, and Change at XLRI Jamshedpur (2009–2010).

He also holds a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
