Schneider Electric, a global energy technology leader, has elevated Salil Raheja as Director – Total Rewards and Performance.
Salil has been associated with Schneider Electric since 2018 and has held multiple leadership roles during his tenure. Prior to this elevation, he served as Director – HR, where he played a pivotal role in driving people transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Extensive Experience
A seasoned HR professional with nearly 18 years of experience, Salil brings deep expertise across HR business partnering, talent management, organisational simplification and employer brand amplification.
In his earlier role at Schneider Electric, he closely partnered with business units and senior leadership across commercial entities to align people strategy with business priorities, enabling sustainable growth and organisational effectiveness.
His professional mission has consistently focused on enabling business outcomes through impactful people initiatives. His strengths span stakeholder management, strong business acumen and coaching.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Salil was associated with leading organisations such as Essar and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, and has also completed the Leadership and Business Strategy in Turbulent Times programme from INSEAD in 2020.
Outside work, Salil Raheja is an avid reader with interests in psychology, leadership, behavioural economics and emerging trends, particularly the impact of artificial intelligence on work and life.
