SKF India Appoints Bhavna Panigrahi as CHRO, Automotive

SKF India Ltd has elevated Bhavna Panigrahi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of SKF India, Automotive.

In this role, she will oversee the entire gamut of Human Resources for SKF India Automotive. She will work closely with business leaders to support plans tied to growth and change.

Extensive Experience

Bhavna has over 18 years of experience in human resources across sectors. She joined SKF India in 2022 as HR Head – Technology Development and has since held senior HR roles within the company.

Her experience spans talent management, organization design, employee relations, and HR operations. Earlier in her career, she worked with companies such as Schneider Electric, TCS, and First Advantage, supporting people plans and flexible work models in large organizations.

She completed her MBA in Human Resources from the Army Institute of Management under West Bengal University of Technology between 2006 and 2008.

She also holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Botany from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University, completed between 2002 and 2005.
