Career Journey and Educational Background
Joyal began his journey at TCS in 2012 as a System Engineer. In 2019, he transitioned into Human Resources and has since held multiple key positions, including Executive HR, Recruitment Tower Lead, and most recently, ISU Recruitment Tower Lead.
His consistent growth within the organization reflects his strategic mindset and leadership capabilities. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies.
