Tech Mahindra has Announced Key Leadership Elevations

Tech Mahindra, a global leader in technology consulting and digital solutions, has announced key leadership changes to strengthen its position in high-growth markets.

These appointments align with the company’s broader strategy to enhance regional focus and deliver greater customer value.

Leadership Appointments

Manish Mangal – Head, Americas Communications Business– Manish Mangal will now lead Tech Mahindra’s Communications business across the Americas, one of the company’s most critical growth markets.

With over 27 years of experience in the global telecom industry, he brings a strong background in 5G, AI, and cloud-native network technologies.

Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer – Telecom Business and Global Business Head – Network Services at Tech Mahindra. In his new role, Manish will drive business transformation and innovation across the region.

Sahil Dhawan – Head, India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) Business– Sahil Dhawan has been appointed as the Head of the IMEA region.

He will spearhead growth strategies and customer engagement across India, the Middle East, and Africa—regions that hold significant strategic importance for the company.

Sahil previously held the role of Senior Vice President & Global Head – Enterprise Applications, where he led global sales, delivery, and alliances for Tech Mahindra’s enterprise portfolio.

His cross-functional expertise is expected to accelerate expansion and strengthen client relationships in the IMEA region.

Leadership Endorsement and Strategic Direction

These appointments reflect Tech Mahindra’s continued commitment to empowering its leadership team to take ownership of regional strategies.

The company’s growth agenda is centered around delivering integrated, AI-first, and platform-led solutions to clients across industries and geographies.
